People & Talent Manager
As a People & Talent Manager at Framer, you will play a key role in shaping our company culture and supporting our team's growth and success. Our ideal candidate has experience developing and executing strategies to attract, develop, and retain talent.
What you’ll do
Lead talent acquisition efforts, managing recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create effective hiring plans.
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, career development, and conflict resolution.
Develop and administer HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
Maintain personnel records and internal database.
Your background
3+ years of experience in HR management, talent acquisition, and employee relations.
Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing recruitment and sourcing strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle information and data with confidentiality.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
Experience working for an international, remote-first company is a plus.
